If you’re pregnant and feel like you have no idea what to do, I’m here for you! Our prenatal classes will not only help ease the discomforts of pregnancy, but they will also help you take safe movement, prepare for birth, and reduce the feelings of doubt in yourself.

Mama, want a safe place to bring your baby, practice grounding, and find a community after giving birth? I've got a space for you. Our postpartum classes help you strengthen your pelvic floor and core so you can feel stronger, more powerful, and more confident.

Your child is amazing, and they deserve to know that, too! Yoga for littles helps them build confidence, coordination, and social skills. As parents, you will receive tools to help you understand where your child is and how to respond to them. Not only will these classes help strengthen your relationship with your child, but will also provide opportunities for them to increase communication and self-expression.

Convenience
It's a win to get out of the house when you’re pregnant and tired, and even more so when you have a baby to bring along with you. Yoga props and age-appropriate toys are provided for you, so the only thing you have to bring is yourself!

Safety
As a mom I know, safety comes first! All of our classes are taught by me, Molly, a certified instructor, who provides you, your babies, and your toddlers with movement and breathwork that is appropriate for your stage of life. You'll have the opportunity to learn while knowing you are not being judged by anyone in our space.
