Your body has gone through so much change! Postpartum yoga allows you to return to activity with guidance knowing you are safe through the changes. Here’s what I’ll do for you:

Quick Answers For Busy Moms

What do I need to bring?

Postpartum isn’t easy, but luckily, you don’t have to choose between taking care of yourself or finding childcare. You get to bring your babies to class with you, and I’ll give you a hand when they need some attention. I provide all of the props for you, including mats, so all you have to do is show up!

What if my baby cries?
Babies cry—it’s how they let us know what they need. In class, we roll with it! I’m happy to soothe your little one or show you ways to incorporate them into your movements. Each session flows with what the babies need that day, so there’s no pressure—just a supportive space for you both.

Do I need to wear my baby in a carrier during class?
Not at all! Some babies like to be held, so wearing them is always an option, but it’s not required. I set out blankets and toys so your baby can play and relax while you get some movement in. We’ll make it work, whatever your baby prefers!

Getting back into movement after all the changes your body has been through can feel intimidating—I get it. That’s why our classes go beyond just physical support, offering a space for connection, confidence, and care as you ease back in. Read more about what our classes have to offer:

  • A space where you can feel comfortable showing up as you are, whether you’re running on little sleep, covered in spit-up, or navigating emotional ups and downs. No matter if your baby cries, wiggles, or needs to feed during class - they are also welcome here.

  • I provide all mats, props, toys, or blankets so you don’t have to worry about bringing extra gear. Classes are offered both during the week and on the weekend to fit your busy schedule.

  • Our classes use movements and techniques that focus on rebuilding strength and addressing common postpartum concerns like core, pelvic floor health, and back pain. Yoga also emphasizes stress relief, mindfulness, and finding moments of calm in your day.
