Your body has gone through so much change! Postpartum yoga allows you to return to activity with guidance knowing you are safe through the changes. Here’s what I’ll do for you:
Connection and healing for your core and pelvic floor
Mantra to support you through the tough days of motherhood
Releasing tension and aches through movement and breathwork
Connecting with a community of like-minded mamas and their babies

“What Should I Bring?”
Postpartum isn’t easy, but luckily, you don’t have to choose between taking care of yourself or finding childcare. You get to bring your babies to class with you, and I’ll give you a hand when they need some attention. I provide all of the props for you, including mats, so all you have to do is show up!
