Peaceful and Prenatal supports you from pregnancy to postpartum, and extends support to your little yogis up to 3 years old.

  • Are you wondering how you’ll birth a baby? In our classes, you will learn poses, breathwork, and mantra to support you through the end of your pregnancy and into labor. Our classes balance building stamina needed for labor and stretching out pregnancy aches.

  • Whether you’re looking to heal your diastasis, re-connect with your pelvic floor, or slowly introduce movement back into your body after giving birth, the postpartum support you deserve will be found here.

  • Your little ones also benefit from the tools of yoga. Our baby and toddler classes provide your little yogis an opportunity to move, learn, and build skills to support their developmental goals.

I’m Molly, and I’m here to support you!

As a perinatal professional, I am here to provide you with safe movement during all four trimesters. Tied in with our movement, you’ll learn breathing techniques and practice mantra to support you during your journey. Best of all, you will feel welcomed into a community of like-minded mamas who are going through this with you.

What Do Classes Include?

  • Community

    No one was meant to do everything on their own. When you join our community, you’ll meet other like-minded mamas who are figuring out their parenthood journey right alongside you. You’ll get access to other local resources and find friends to connect with outside of the studio.

  • Education

    All of our classes include evidence-based information and education. For pregnancy, this education prepares you for labor. In postpartum, this includes what is happening in your body and brain postpartum, and what is happening in your baby/toddler’s brain and body as well.

  • Strength

    While yoga is great to help stretch out aches, our practices also include strengthening movements. I take the guesswork out of “what should I do now?” by providing you with professional guidance. In class, you will build the muscles that are most necessary to support you during your journey.

It’s not your job to know how to move your body during pregnancy and postpartum, it’s mine!
