Prenatal Yoga Classes in Berlin, CT
This prenatal yoga class gives you a special chance to connect with your baby while you get to move safely and comfortably. In our classes, you’ll get:
Weekly opportunities to feel strong and ready for an empowered labor
Gentle yoga flows to reduce pregnancy discomforts and help you stay active until the end of your pregnancy
Mantra, breathwork, and poses to help with pain management during labor
A community of mamas, like you, to remind you that you are not alone on your pregnancy journey
This is a common question that I get all the time. The answer is… it’s the perfect time! Your third trimester is the most important time to practice the hip and pelvic opening poses in the series to allow your baby to get into optimal fetal positioning.
While you might have heard that using a yoga ball is helpful in the final weeks of pregnancy, you might not know how to properly use it. In our pregnancy yoga ball series, you’ll have access to four 20-minute videos using a yoga ball. These videos will practice breathwork, poses, and affirmations that help both you and your baby get ready to meet each other. Check out the link below for more information!
Words from Mama A.W.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
“Molly has created not just a weekly yoga class - but truly an entire community of support that helped me so much this year during both my pregnancy and also the first few months as a new mom. I attended her prenatal yoga classes during the last 16 weeks of my pregnancy and her baby yoga classes with my son after he was born. Beyond the physical benefits of yoga, it helped me so much with feeling mentally prepared for birth, building attachment with my newborn and bonding with other moms going through the same journey. Can not recommend her classes enough!
I’m in my third trimester, is it too late to join?
Techniques for a More Comfortable Pregnancy
Pregnancy can bring incredible joy, but it also comes with its fair share of stress—something I’ve experienced firsthand. In our classes, we combine gentle movement, breathwork, and positive affirmations to help calm your mind and relax your body. These techniques don’t just feel good; they retrain your brain to release tension and quiet racing thoughts. Best of all, you can use these tools anytime—after a long day or just before bed—to improve your sleep and overall comfort.
As you move into your third trimester, our focus shifts to preparing your body and baby to work together during labor. Relaxing and releasing tension in the pelvic floor is a key part of this process, offering some amazing benefits:
Easing tension from head to toe: Clenching your jaw during discomfort? That tension can mirror itself in your pelvic floor. We’ll teach you breathing techniques to release that tightness and stay calm.
Supporting your uterus' work: During labor, your uterus pushes your baby downward. A flexible and relaxed pelvic floor allows it to do its job efficiently.
Helping baby find the right position: You’ll practice positions that mobilize your pelvis, giving your baby the best chance to settle into an optimal position for labor.
Together, we’ll help you feel confident, prepared, and more in tune with your body as you approach this incredible milestone.
Your safety and comfort mean everything to me. With years of experience and specialized training, I’m here to support you and your growing baby every step of the way."
Trauma-Informed Instruction
I know pregnancy is such a vulnerable and life-changing time. That’s why I’ve designed every part of my classes to feel safe and supportive—everything from the movements to how we set up the space and the words I use is taught with care and understanding.
Perinatal Corrective Exercise Specialist
This sounds super official, but it just means I’ve gone deeper into learning how the body works during pregnancy and postpartum. I’ve studied how to help you move and feel better in every trimester (yes, there are four!), so you feel stronger, more comfortable, and ready for what’s ahead.
Years of Experience
I started teaching prenatal yoga in 2020, and since then, I’ve led close to 1,000 hours of classes. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, I’m here to create a space where you feel welcomed, comfortable, and cared for.
