Is your baby between 6 weeks and 18 months old? Then this class is perfect for you! Baby&me yoga is a specialized class to support you and your babies during this stage. These classes are:

  • Engaging and stimulating for your child’s developmentally appropriate attention span

  • Playful and encourage achieving growth and developmental milestones through language building, social skills, and body awareness

  • Boosts coordination and balance from crawling to climbing and beyond.

Baby & Me Yoga is all about your little one. We’ll guide your baby through age-appropriate movements, gentle stimulation, and opportunities to socialize with other babies. It’s a fun, bonding experience for both of you!

Postpartum Yoga is focused on you. While babies are welcome, this class centers on helping you reconnect with your pelvic floor, strengthen your deep core, and build movement patterns that support you in everyday mom life.

No matter which class you choose, you’ll leave feeling more connected—whether it’s to your baby or to yourself!

Answering the what if questions for you

What if my baby cries in class?
No worries at all! Babies communicate their needs through crying, and once those needs are met, they’re back to being happy little humans. You’ll be surrounded by moms who totally get it, so there’s no judgment here. Take the time you need to soothe your baby, and rejoin the class whenever you’re ready.

What if my baby gets hungry during class?
With all the movement and stimulation, your baby might work up an appetite—and that’s okay! You’re welcome to breastfeed or bottle-feed right in our space. We even have Boppy pillows available to make feeding as comfy as possible for both of you.

What if we’re running late?
It happens! Life with a little one can be unpredictable, and we understand. Join us whenever you can—no stress, no guilt.

What if I’m worried about germs?

I get it—new immune systems need extra care! Here’s how I prioritize your baby’s health and safety during class:

  • All props are sanitized after each use, and blankets and bolster covers are washed frequently.

  • Mats are spaced out to give everyone room to breathe (literally!).

  • Classes are capped at 10 families, keeping things cozy and never overwhelming.
